You'll be a founding member of the data team, partnering with product, marketing, and engineering to shape the future of AI-native social platforms. You'll define success metrics, build models, and create systems that turn product data into actionable insights. This role offers the chance to drive product innovation in a new product category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define success metrics and inform product/growth strategy
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
• Build dashboards, reporting pipelines, and monitoring tools
• Research user behavior to drive product innovation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or product analytics
• Strong SQL and experience with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, Bigquery)
• Python proficiency for data analysis and ML
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses
