You'll lead sales strategy at a fast-growing messaging API startup, taking the company from PLG to a true sales motion. You'll close mid-market and enterprise deals directly while building a playbook to scale the team. The role offers meaningful equity and a chance to shape the future of A2P messaging.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own new logo revenue and quota for the company
- Close mid-market and enterprise deals directly
- Build a repeatable outbound motion and standardize processes
- Hire, ramp, and manage AEs against the playbook
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ at an API-first company
- Track record of closing six and seven-figure deals
- Scaled a sales team from under 5 reps to 20+
- Experience transitioning from PLG to outbound motion

- CPaaS, messaging, or telecom experience
- Comfort selling to technical buyers (CTO, VP Eng)
