You'll develop monitoring systems for backlog, WIP, and capacity across a new automated manufacturing facility. As a founding member of our leadership team, you'll ensure on-time fabrication and shipment targets are met. This role offers the chance to build systems from scratch in a high-growth dental tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain monitoring systems for backlog, WIP, and capacity.
• Develop and enforce unified customer order dwell time monitoring.
• Standardize order handling protocols across all 4 shifts.
• Own process improvement initiatives for material flow and facility layout.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing production control or planning.
• Proven ability to develop complex monitoring systems from scratch.
• Expert at interpreting WIP and capacity data for real-time decisions.
• High proficiency with GSuite and Slack for facility communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with facility layout software and industrial engineering.
• Previously established production control departments in a greenfield launch.
• Background in high-tech hardware or automated medical device manufacturing.
