💼 About This Role

You'll sell the Aquabeam Robotic System to hospitals in Japan, driving adoption of Aquablation therapy for BPH. You'll exceed sales targets and build strong relationships with surgeons and administrators. This role offers the chance to work with disruptive surgical robotics in a remote capacity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Exceed quarterly sales quotas for Aquabeam System in Japan
• Manage complex sales process into new and existing hospitals
• Build clinical and administrative support through presentations and events
• Provide monthly forecasts and maintain CRM records

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• 5+ years medical and capital sales experience in Operating Room
• Startup company experience selling disruptive surgical technology
• Ability to travel 60-70% in Japan
