You'll lead onboarding processes for clients adopting the Wheelhouse platform, ensuring timely adherence to schedules and adequate support. You'll collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop revenue strategies and resolve complex pricing challenges. This role combines revenue management expertise with client education in the VR/STR space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding processes with clients to ensure timely adherence to schedules
• Support Sales and Account Managers on calls to understand client revenue practices
• Resolve complex questions about client strategies or platform implementation
• Create revenue management content to educate users and the industry

📋 Requirements

• Revenue management experience in the VR/STR space
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Ability to problem-solve complex solutions with clients
• Willingness to participate in 7-10 client-facing video calls per week
