💼 About This Role

You'll ensure fast, thorough onboarding of new Ramp customers, driving revenue by eliminating delays and continuing to sell the value. You'll work with customers to understand workflows and pain points, problem-solving alongside Product/Engineering. This role offers a chance to build and refine Ramp's Customer Activation organization and define customer strategy that fuels growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and educate new customers on Ramp's functionality and best practices
  • Drive revenue by ensuring no unnecessary delays in implementation
  • Understand customer workflows, pain points, and obstacles to full rollout
  • Partner with product team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed

📋 Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in B2B
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with Accounting Software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) or CPA
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
