You'll join Deel's R&D team to build backend services for the all-in-one payroll and HR platform. Your APIs and features will power global workforce management, ensuring reliable payments and compliant operations across 150+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to build seamless experiences
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Develop robust new features, APIs, and improve existing products
• Fix bugs and ensure high-quality, customer-centric delivery

📋 Requirements

• Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript expertise
• PostgreSQL proficiency with query optimization and modeling
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Scalability and high-volume system design experience
