You'll lead the corporate systems portfolio at a high-growth AI company, owning strategy and operations for HRIS, ERP, and procurement platforms like Workday and NetSuite. Your core impact will be scaling the technology stack that powers hiring, payroll, and financial planning globally. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the corporate systems portfolio end-to-end, setting multi-year roadmap
• Lead and grow a team of People Systems and Finance Systems specialists
• Partner with Finance and People leadership on system requirements
• Run Workday and NetSuite ecosystems with release management and governance
• Build the integration layer between corporate systems and data warehouses

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in enterprise/business systems
• At least 4 years leading teams owning HRIS and ERP platforms in production
• Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company
• Proven track record managing corporate systems through scaling milestones

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company scaling through 1000+ employees
• Experience deploying agentic AI or LLM-based automation inside corporate systems
• Familiarity with Zip, Carta, Deel, Remote, Ramp, or similar finance-adjacent SaaS
