You will lead digital transformation projects in SAP S/4HANA strategy, process design, and implementation, working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges. You'll develop transformation strategies, design roadmaps, and drive business cases to generate economic value.

Requirements

• University degree and several years of relevant professional and leadership experience with budget responsibility in consulting or international companies
• Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams
• Comprehensive project experience in SAP S/4HANA pre-study and implementation projects
• Deep process knowledge and familiarity with implementation methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects in SAP S/4HANA strategy, process design, and implementation
• Develop transformation strategies, customer-specific roadmaps, and business cases for S/4HANA transformation
• Conduct design workshops for business process redesign, harmonization, and optimization
• Implement innovative solutions like S/4HANA Clean Core and develop rollout strategies
