You'll monitor social channels and provide rapid-response support for Waymo's autonomous ride-hail service. You'll analyze rider sentiment to drive product improvements and manage high-priority escalations with PR and Legal. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape community engagement at the forefront of autonomous driving.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Monitor social channels via a team of Rider Support agents
- Manage intake of feedback from community members interacting with AVs
- Partner with Product, Safety, and Ops to drive product improvements
- Act as first line of defense for high-priority social escalations
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Social Media Management, Community Management, or CX
- Expert-level experience with social listening tools like Sprinklr
- Ability to turn qualitative comments into quantitative data
- Exceptional writing and speaking skills with professional brand voice
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior experience in ride-hail
- Experience in local government relations or community organizing
- Formal training in crisis communications or PR
