🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead special projects end-to-end from first principles to finished product.
• Scale team operations globally with systems, rituals, and infrastructure.
• Drive strategic initiatives by connecting dots across functions.
• Own business operations including vendor management and legal coordination.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years in operations, strategy, or special projects
• Track record of building from scratch and driving complex initiatives
• Creative thinking for operational and strategic problems
• Strong prioritization and context-switching abilities
