You will drive pipeline growth by identifying potential customers, engaging decision-makers, and generating high-quality sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to develop a qualified pipeline and refine sales messaging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or relevant sales role
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Strong research and account-mapping skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach via emails, cold calls, social selling, and events
  • Understand industry trends and customer pain points to position solutions effectively
  • Qualify leads and opportunities aligned with ideal customer profiles
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and optimize pipeline conversion
