Description
You will drive pipeline growth by identifying potential customers, engaging decision-makers, and generating high-quality sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to develop a qualified pipeline and refine sales messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or relevant sales role
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Strong research and account-mapping skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting
- Develop and execute strategic outreach via emails, cold calls, social selling, and events
- Understand industry trends and customer pain points to position solutions effectively
- Qualify leads and opportunities aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and optimize pipeline conversion
