You'll build and scale subcontractor partnerships that enable commercial rooftop solar development. Your work will ensure the company is a preferred partner of choice in competitive labor markets, balancing commercial rigor with relationship leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop national subcontractor partnership strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Serve as senior relationship owner for key strategic subcontractor partners.
• Lead capacity planning to secure subcontractor availability 6-12 months ahead.
• Negotiate subcontract agreements, MSAs, and pricing frameworks.
• Establish performance scorecards and lead regular reviews with partners.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in construction subcontracting or trade partnership management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Significant experience in C&I rooftop solar or related commercial construction.
• Proven success building long-term subcontractor relationships across multiple markets.

✨ Nice to Have

• EPC or self-perform construction background.
• Experience supporting distributed generation portfolios.
• Familiarity with union and non-union labor environments.
