💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and implementation of capital adequacy initiatives for a Challenger Bank, partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and IT. Your work will directly enable the migration to a Basel III AIRB capital engine and reporting platform, ensuring compliance with OSFI requirements. This 12-month contract offers the chance to drive meaningful regulatory transformation in a hybrid Toronto environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as subject matter expert for Pillar 3 and NCR reporting.
• Manage requirements gathering for vendor-provided capital engine.
• Facilitate data mapping, testing, and system configuration.
• Ensure compliance with Data Governance Framework over IRB data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting under Basel III.
• Knowledge of Basel II & III including IRB approach.
• Experience in design or re-design of reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA designation.
• Experience with OSFI data maintenance requirements.
