💼 About This Role

You'll join LangChain's founding SDR team to turn high inbound interest into qualified opportunities. You'll work with AI-powered agents to automate prospecting and drive pipeline for a leading agent engineering platform. This role offers a chance to shape next-generation GTM operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit.
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Capture insights from conversations to inform sales plays and product roadmap.
• Experiment with new channels and automation to increase conversion.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology.
• Clear, confident communicator for both technical and business audiences.
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation.
• Comfortable with mix of structure and ambiguity.
