Description

You'll own both new customer acquisition and the early customer experience, ensuring customers adopt solutions and realize value in their first 90 days. This hybrid role combines sales, onboarding, and customer success to drive retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage acquisition and early-stage onboarding/implementation
  • Strong consultative skills to uncover customer needs and align solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Local to Austin for hybrid role (3 days in-office per week)

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition via consultative sales conversations
  • Own the full onboarding journey for new accounts, delivering training and account setup
  • Proactively manage early-stage customer relationships, driving adoption and resolving issues
  • Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding and early lifecycle
  • Partner with Customer Success and Key Account Managers for smooth account handoffs after 90 days
