Description

You will lead and scale onboarding and ramping programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams, partnering with GTM leadership to accelerate time to productivity. You'll define a global strategy, track KPIs, and build a center of excellence to ensure new hires succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 2–3 years of people leadership experience
  • 6–8 years of enablement experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Direct sales experience with strong understanding of GTM motions
  • Strong communication, organizational leadership, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to drive accelerated ramp and improve performance outcomes
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Enablement to align programs with business goals
  • Define and operationalize a global onboarding and ramping strategy, standardizing curriculum, processes, and tools
  • Track and report on key program KPIs such as ramp time, attainment during ramp, and engagement metrics
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team
