💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end test batch processes for handcrafted paper and fabric products, ensuring samples meet technical standards before mass production. You'll also create product samples and collaborate with design and production teams to resolve defects and optimize processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage sample run process from request to final output
• Monitor and oversee test batch production on the line
• Identify and troubleshoot technical abnormalities during testing
• Evaluate samples against specifications and provide Pass/Fail recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technical majors or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in a garment production factory
• Experience with test batch / QC fabric processes
• Proficient in Google Sheets or production management software

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of handcrafted paper and fabric products
• Experience in sample making (cutting, gluing, sewing)
