You'll support a team of criminal defense attorneys at a growing firm, managing case preparation and client communication. Your work ensures cases move efficiently through the legal process. You'll work directly with attorneys on federal and state criminal matters and have opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly
• Manage attorney schedule efficiently for court appearances and meetings
• Process criminal cases for trial preparation, including legal documents and data entry
• Prepare subpoenas, enter revocation petitions, and request criminal history documentation

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of Criminal Defense experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal field
• Experience with Case Management Software
