Description

You'll bring Giga's electrical infrastructure projects to life by translating customer and utility requirements into site plans and electrical designs. You'll work cross-functionally to drive projects from concept through deployment, focusing on medium-voltage systems and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years as utility engineer, distribution engineer, or equivalent
• Strong electrical design with MV distribution and substation experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk drafting tools
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication skills
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Draft and iterate on site and electrical plans using Autodesk
• Collaborate with utilities, engineers, and contractors on electrical design
• Support MV and LV component specifications and layouts
• Manage site design packages for multiple concurrent projects
• Support procurement of electrical bill of materials
