🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers
• Oversee scalability, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure for SaaS operations
• Optimize AWS environments including EKS, networking, and storage
• Drive improvements in CI/CD, GitOps, and observability systems
• Manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles with 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams
• Deep expertise in AWS including EKS, IAM, VPC, and RDS
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and modern DevOps workflows
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures
