Description

You will drive sales of single cell sequencing products across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts in Central and Northern Germany. Your role involves building customer relationships, generating leads, negotiating deals, and collaborating with Field Application Scientists to ensure customer success and market growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in biology/genomics or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
• 3+ years of sales or channel management experience in NGS, genomics, or single cell analysis
• Fluency in German and English
• Previous molecular biology lab experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage high-volume and large complex sales
• Develop and grow repeat business while maintaining customer relationships
• Prospect to build short- and long-term sales pipelines
• Negotiate and close deals with minimal discounting
• Provide management with insights on competition and market trends
