💼 About This Role

You'll oversee charging infrastructure deployment for Waymo's autonomous fleet, driving high-volume EV charger rollouts across multiple sites. You'll establish scalable processes from site selection to construction and ensure 99% charger uptime through lifecycle planning and vendor management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee planning, design, procurement, and construction of EV charging stations
• Define eMobility strategy for fleet electrification and charging network expansion
• Manage maintenance, asset repair, and performance evaluations for charger uptime
• Develop and manage annual CapEx and OpEx budgets for eMobility initiatives

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Energy Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in EV infrastructure deployment with DCFC expertise
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role
• Experience managing multi-site charging station projects from inception through commissioning

• Certifications in Project Management or Engineering or National Electrical Code
• Experience in mixed-use environments (office, industrial, labs) and managing outsourced vendor portfolios
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and data analysis
