Description

In this role, you'll measure ads incrementality across different types of traffic, creative, and users, and improve campaign efficiency using machine learning models and AI automation. You'll leverage scientific methods to improve ads measurement, drive online experiments, own projects independently, and partner with product stakeholders to provide measurement solutions for customers.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in CS, ML, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field
• 3+ years industry experience in causal inference, incrementality, or measurement solutions for digital ads
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills
