💼 About This Role
You'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives at Notion, driving new business opportunities and expanding market share. You'll shape sales development strategy, coach early-career sellers, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to build the foundations of Notion's sales organization.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of SDRs and BDRs
- Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue ops on strategy
- Coach team on prospecting, qualification, and engagement
- Help define sales-assisted motions and pipeline programs
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years managing a high-performing Sales Development team
- 1-2 years Account Executive experience at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Skilled in managing and coaching early-career salespeople

- Built new business sales playbooks or processes
- First or early hire at a fast-growing startup
