You'll own the post-click journey for a leading beauty brand, optimizing conversion rates and scaling customer lifetime value. Your core impact is to maximize the value of every visitor through funnel mechanics and data-driven testing. This role stands out for blending Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads with beauty industry creativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze Shopify bounce rates and conversion rates for site improvements
• Build and manage daily campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Run weekly A/B tests on ad copy and landing page offers
• Maintain a weekly Growth Dashboard tracking MER and customer spend

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in DTC beauty or skincare
• Deep proficiency in Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical background in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience scaling small budgets into larger spend tiers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify apps (Upsells, Subscriptions, Reviews)
• Ability to edit simple video/static assets for testing
• Passion for beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands
