Description
You will serve as the strategic link between Marketing and Sales to design, build, and optimize outbound sales strategy. You'll drive Go-To-Market strategy in key regions by targeting high-value segments, refining sales processes, and integrating AI tools to boost rep efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or RevOps with lead generation focus
- Proven ability to define strategy and translate GTM plans into scalable sales processes
- Deep expertise in CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), and list building tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com)
- Experience using AI in sales automation, prospecting, and data enrichment
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Responsibilities
- Lead regional outbound sales strategy and partner with Product Marketing to define ICP segments
- Refine and optimize outbound sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation
- Design and implement data-driven lead scoring system for prioritization
- Drive GTM strategy using AI tools and automation for lead gen and enablement
- Establish closed-loop feedback with Sales to refine messaging and process
