💼 About This Role

You'll join a team at the forefront of Intelligent Network Operations and create customer-facing documentation for new products and features. You'll get hands-on with the product to ensure accurate and meaningful content. This role offers a chance to work across teams in a award-winning, inclusive culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine needs of end users of technical documentation
• Talk with product managers and developers, study early builds
• Develop customer-facing documentation including content and illustrations
• Integrate documentation into product builds

📋 Requirements

• Strong English written and speaking skills
• 3 years as a Technical Writer in software development or IT
• Proficient with FrameMaker, DITA, DITA-OT, oXygen XML Author, Git

✨ Nice to Have

• University degree in English, Communications, or Technical Writing
• Familiarity with CSS, HTTP, Javadoc, Markdown, Sphinx, PostMan, or Python
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
