Description

You'll conduct in-person consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, guide them through treatment options, and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure a seamless experience. This role involves building a patient pipeline, educating on procedures and financing, and leading the center team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience in high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling, preferably in aesthetics
• Ability to build rapport and create urgency
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationships with patients, physicians, and team
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities
