You'll work in Lorikeet's founding office alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff on high-stakes projects that drive company growth. You'll build domain expertise and operational systems, with unlimited scope for impact and exposure to how a fast-scaling startup is built.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with leadership team agenda preparation and brief founders
• Triage and route requests landing on founders' plates
• Stand up new processes and hand them off to relevant teams
• Develop domain expertise to demo platform and spot patterns

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in consulting, finance, or a fast-growing startup
• Exceptional organizational and agency-driven skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams
• Willing to work 5 days per week in Surry Hills office
