🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.
• Issue compliance disclosures accurately within required timelines.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-year mortgage operations experience managing borrower pipeline.
• Experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented with document-heavy tasks.
• Comfortable with structured, repetitive workflow and remote time management.
