🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors
• Provide regular, constructive feedback for performance growth
• Conduct team evaluations and performance check-ins
• Build relationships with retail store managers and event partners

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience managing a sales or marketing team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
