  • Manage and expand nonprofit customer accounts to drive revenue and upsells.
  • Design solutions using Twilio's communications API for customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute renewals and support customers.

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a technical SaaS or CPaaS space.
  • Technical solutions selling experience with closing deals.
  • Managing business forecasts and financial models.
