You'll join a team supporting the legal mission of a large federal agency, processing FOIA requests and coordinating record searches. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and analyze new and backlogged FOIA requests
• Draft response letters and FOIA correspondence
• Coordinate searches for responsive documents and identify duplicates
• Review records for responsiveness and apply FOIA exemptions

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of FOIA processing experience
• Knowledge of FOIA exemptions b(4), b(5), and b(6)
• Experience redacting trade secrets and confidential information
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior federal government experience
• Experience with FOIA EXPRESS or SecureRelease
• Active security clearance
