You'll provide 1:1 behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences in a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model. You'll implement positive behavior strategies and document session data to support treatment goals. This role includes fully paid training and BCAT certification.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
- Document session data to track treatment goals.
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
π Requirements
- Experience working with children.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
- Ability to travel within 30-40 minute radius with reliable transportation.

- Experience with autism.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
