You'll act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them select sustainably created diamonds and jewelry to celebrate life's milestones. You'll play a key part in growing the bridal business at VRAI, a digital-first direct-to-consumer brand. This role offers the chance to join a nimble team and build strong customer relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare personalized consults and follow up to close sales.
• Assist customers with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policies.
• Maintain a calendar of appointments and manage lead pipeline.
• Collaborate with team on clienteling and custom design projects.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to close sales with a history of selling diamonds.
• Strong background in jewelry; Certified Gemologist preferred.
• Available to work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday (24 hours weekly).
