You'll lead and mentor a team that serves as the crucial initial point of contact for post-sales customers transitioning onto a new Justworks product. You'll oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a standardized, seamless experience that sets the foundation for long-term customer success. This role is the primary bridge between Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success for seamless onboarding
  • Coach team on best practices and Justworks brand
  • Manage 1:1s, team meetings, reports, and performance reviews
  • Support hiring and expansion of the Onboarding Team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or service operations
  • 3+ years of people and team management experience
  • Proven track record of coaching high-performing teams
  • Experience building or improving processes in a scaling environment
