Description

You will partner with customers to maximize their value from our supply chain SaaS solution, building relationships, leading KPI discussions, and driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to support our North American expansion.

Requirements

  • Understanding of manufacturing, CPG, and/or retail supply chain
  • Experience with demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, space planning, assortment, or category management
  • Commercial experience in SaaS as provider or customer
  • Comfortable providing strategic guidance to leaders
  • Strong consultant mindset and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Lead KPI target discussions and improve NPS scores
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, and maximize operational efficiency
  • Monitor customer key performance metrics and take necessary actions
  • Pursue incremental SaaS from renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
