Description
You will partner with customers to maximize their value from our supply chain SaaS solution, building relationships, leading KPI discussions, and driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to support our North American expansion.
Requirements
- Understanding of manufacturing, CPG, and/or retail supply chain
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, space planning, assortment, or category management
- Commercial experience in SaaS as provider or customer
- Comfortable providing strategic guidance to leaders
- Strong consultant mindset and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead KPI target discussions and improve NPS scores
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, and maximize operational efficiency
- Monitor customer key performance metrics and take necessary actions
- Pursue incremental SaaS from renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
