You'll join the MA Marketing Team to shape agents' marketing and branding projects, from concept to implementation. You'll drive efficiencies and provide outstanding client service as an accountability partner. This role offers collaboration with top in-house teams and external vendors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage systems for team communications and processes.
• Provide client service as agents' accountability partner.
• Coordinate custom design projects with the design team.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of agents' marketing initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• Skilled communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Savvy with social media and Instagram.

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in client or account service.
• Experience in real estate marketing or at a luxury brand.
