Description

You will support the development and execution of 30+ annual luxury events for Robb Report and other PMC publications. Responsibilities include coordinating production logistics, managing vendor and guest experiences, and conducting venue research to ensure flawless event delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event production
• Extremely organized and punctual
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Creative thinker with hands-on planning experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Airtable, Asana, Coupa, Egencia

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production logistics pre-, during, and post-event
• Assist in setting and maintaining timelines and priorities for event production
• Support Vice President and Integration Manager for partner activations at events
• Coordinate load-in/load-out schedules and shipping of production assets
• Track event elements and provide post-event analysis to sales team
