You'll lead and legally represent the US regulated entity as designated CEO, ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational execution. You'll set strategy, build the operating model from the ground up, and serve as the primary accountable executive before regulators. This role offers the chance to build a lean, high-performing team and embed scalable, automation-driven processes from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as senior executive and statutory point of accountability with US regulators.
• Own the US operating model, local strategy, and execution roadmap.
• Manage P&L of the US entity, delivering growth and profitability.
• Lead licensing strategy and execution for new states and activities.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years leadership experience in fintech/payments or regulated financial services.
• Strong background in money transmission, remittances, payment processing, or crypto.
• Prior experience as CEO, COO, General Manager, or equivalent with P&L responsibility.
• Solid understanding of US state money transmitter laws, BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, and KYC/KYB.
