Description

As a Systems Engineer on our Vehicle OS team, you will create and manage system requirements for a new strategic product, working with developers to guide technical implementation and ensure traceability from customer needs to test cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years systems engineering experience with requirements, functional decomposition, analysis, and verification
• 2+ years experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods
• Experience with SysML and Cameo in automotive, defense, or aerospace industry
• Experience testing real-world systems with sensors and production-level hardware and compute
• Experience with requirements validation and verification for subsystems and integrated system-level components

Responsibilities

• Manage full system-level and software-level requirements and ensure system meets intended requirements
• Create system and software requirements, define system bounds, capabilities, and functional features
• Convert customer needs into system requirements and devise operational objectives
• Derive features from user journeys, use Cameo to build and analyze functional and logical architecture
• Ensure traceability of system artifacts across User Journeys, Features, System and Subsystem requirements, and test cases
