You'll resolve complex issues, improve processes, and contribute to the broader Runner Experience team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage orderbook responsibilities for large national accounts
• Resolve complex customer service and operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business
• Analyze trends to improve service quality and processes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in wholesale or order management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle and ERP/OMS/WMS systems
• Experience working with national accounts or complex retail customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
