  • 2+ years of customer service experience in wholesale or order management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle and ERP/OMS/WMS systems
  • Experience working with national accounts or complex retail customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
