You'll resolve complex issues, improve processes, and contribute to the broader Runner Experience team. π― What You'll Do
- Manage orderbook responsibilities for large national accounts
- Resolve complex customer service and operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business
- Analyze trends to improve service quality and processes
π Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience in wholesale or order management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle and ERP/OMS/WMS systems
- Experience working with national accounts or complex retail customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
