💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the strategy and architecture of release and configuration systems as a senior individual contributor on the Platform Engineering team. You'll build tooling and safeguards that make releases reliable and scalable for every engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and SRE, ensuring safe and smooth deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable release workflows and tooling.
• Build systems for release orchestration and artifact promotion.
• Develop self-service tooling for safe deployment patterns.
• Implement environment and configuration management systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform systems or developer tooling.
• Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript or similar.
• Experience leading shared engineering platforms with hands-on implementation.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD systems and building on top of them.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and TypeScript-based applications.
• Familiarity with Agentic, spec-driven development.
• Experience working across CI, infrastructure, and SRE domains.
