Description

You will own the vehicle-level thermal architecture, perform thermal analyses, develop and correlate models using tools like SIMCenter and STAR-CCM+, and support integration and testing to enhance vehicle thermal robustness and performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 8+ years of relevant experience in aerospace and thermal engineering
• Experience with thermal simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, SIMCenter, Thermal Desktop)
• Experience with coding (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own vehicle-level thermal architecture including active and passive thermal control design
• Perform Thermal Coupled Loads Analysis and develop detailed thermal models using FEM/FVM/FDM
• Develop, execute, and correlate thermal models using SIMCenter, STAR-CCM+, and Thermal Desktop
• Review and approve component- and assembly-level designs for thermal flight readiness
• Create and maintain specifications and documentation such as Fluid Plans and Test Reports
