You'll join Fresha, the AI-powered OS for beauty and wellness, supporting a global workforce. You'll maintain ISO27001-certified IT infrastructure and deploy enterprise devices to ensure high uptime. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with face-to-face collaboration in Warsaw.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and maintain ISO27001-certified environment, ensuring continuous compliance.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account management.
• Deploy laptops globally and provision hardware for employees worldwide.
• Resolve IT issues and provide technical support within office environments.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations or similar technical role.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and Slack management.
• Ability to code and use AI tools extensively for automation and efficiency.
• Experience with enterprise device management and deployment at scale.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks beyond ISO27001.
