You'll build and scale the Customer Success function from the ground up at a fast-growing AI-native tax platform. You'll own strategic customer relationships, drive adoption and retention, and partner cross-functionally to shape the customer experience. This role is highly strategic yet hands-on, with direct impact on company growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and operationalize the Customer Success motion from scratch
- Own strategic customer relationships and ensure measurable value realization
- Drive adoption, retention, and customer health metrics including NRR
- Build scalable processes, automation, and AI-forward workflows
๐ Requirements
- Builder mentality with experience scaling Customer Success in high-growth startups
- Customer-obsessed with track record of improving adoption and retention
- Strategic yet hands-on operator able to build processes from scratch
- Strong communicator to collaborate across technical and operational teams
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech, SaaS, financial infrastructure, tax, or compliance
- High-growth startup environments (Series AโC+)
- Exposure to both high-touch enterprise and scaled mid-market customer motions
