You'll build and scale the Customer Success function from the ground up at a fast-growing AI-native tax platform. You'll own strategic customer relationships, drive adoption and retention, and partner cross-functionally to shape the customer experience. This role is highly strategic yet hands-on, with direct impact on company growth.

  • Design and operationalize the Customer Success motion from scratch
  • Own strategic customer relationships and ensure measurable value realization
  • Drive adoption, retention, and customer health metrics including NRR
  • Build scalable processes, automation, and AI-forward workflows

  • Builder mentality with experience scaling Customer Success in high-growth startups
  • Customer-obsessed with track record of improving adoption and retention
  • Strategic yet hands-on operator able to build processes from scratch
  • Strong communicator to collaborate across technical and operational teams

  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, financial infrastructure, tax, or compliance
