Description

In this role, you will lead a team of Data Management Specialists, ensuring accuracy and scalability of procurement master data across multiple markets. You'll drive process standardization, governance, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a team in procurement master data management
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and KPI frameworks
• Ability to partner with Food Safety, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology teams
• Experience with automation and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Management Specialists for SKU lifecycle management
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Implement quality assurance practices including four-eye review and error prevention
• Develop KPI frameworks and operational dashboards to monitor performance and data accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize SKU management across international markets
• Identify and implement automation and workflow optimizations with Product and Technology teams
