Description

You will optimize the ISP pipeline for road and cabin views in high-motion environments, using telemetry and customer feedback to enhance image stability. You'll work cross-functionally to tune parameters, develop automation scripts, and ensure product quality from bring-up to mass production.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Image Quality or ISP Tuning
• Experience with SoC tuning tools (Ambarella, Novatek, Sony, or Qualcomm)
• Hands-on AE motion-blur mitigation or EIS stabilization experience
• Proficiency in Python with OpenCV and NumPy for image processing
• Must have shipped automotive or high-end imaging products to mass production

Responsibilities

• Tune ISP blocks (AE, noise reduction, sharpening, color mapping) for RGB and RGBIR sensors
• Optimize AE weighting and shutter-speed to minimize motion blur and jello effect
• Tune EIS and gyro integration for video stability under various road conditions
• Develop Python/MATLAB scripts to extract objective metrics from field drive data
• Build tools to visualize and version-control ISP parameter changes
