You'll support full-cycle recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, a high-growth company. You'll keep hiring operations organized and moving at pace, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. This role offers hands-on ownership from day one in a small, high-bar team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
  • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback
  • Maintain candidate records in ATS

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with Google Sheets and basic ATS systems
