๐ผ About This Role
You'll support full-cycle recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, a high-growth company. You'll keep hiring operations organized and moving at pace, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. This role offers hands-on ownership from day one in a small, high-bar team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback
- Maintain candidate records in ATS
๐ Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with Google Sheets and basic ATS systems
